Description
Waterfront with Amazing View! A passive solar contemporary, this 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath oceanfront home offers beautiful views of Long Island Sound. The house has a large patio in the back yard fronting the water and dock. The side yard is large enough for outdoor games. There is a dock for your boat, but you will have to put it in at one of the local boat ramps. Also, please note the tides and the channel to maneuver your boat safely around the sand bars. Kayaks and canoes can be launched from house.The interior is a split floor with an open floor plan for entertaining including kitchen, dining, living areas and a half bath. Living room sofa opens to king sized bed.Sun room offers a breathtaking view, a table for dining and a small couch that also opens to a twin size bed. A few steps up to the next level are 3 bedrooms and two baths. The master bedroom has a king size bed and it’s own bath with shower. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has two twin size beds with a loft area for young children. The location is a quiet side street in Waterford CT. tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, yet a short drive to restaurants, State Parks, Theater, shopping, Casinos, Mystic and the quaint Village of Niantic. A great place for a getaway with family and friends.Available on a weekly basis Saturday at 3pm-Saturday at 11 am.
