Our properties offer access to 100 feet of waterfront splendor! Rental of the Cottage includes a boat slip, 2 parking spaces (additional street parking close-by), private patio or deck, and access to the common grounds and boat dock, which is a great way to meet new people during your stay. Common area includes: large fire pit, cowboy pool, hammock, dock loaded with lake toys, floats, etc.The Cottage is located on Stewart Cove, just outside of Lakeway, 20 miles from downtown Austin. Lakeway provides something for everyone – Whether you’re looking for a relaxing day at the spa, a day of shopping, visiting some of the local wineries and/or breweries, playing a round of golf, or spending a day on the lake, you’ll have it all at your fingertips!If you are looking to bring a boat, we highly suggest checking the lake levels through the LCRA for Lake Travis (Mansfield).
