Two story home, with 3 bedrooms upstairs. Large living area with a beautiful view of the ocean and dining area all in one large open area. Nice kitchen fully equipped and full size bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms are upstairs Master bedroom has a queen size bed, second room has a full size bed and third room 2 single size beds. Large wrap deck over looking Pigs Cove. Private parking lot for 3 cars. A lovely path through the woods to the cottage. We hope you enjoy our little cottage our Great Grandfather built it in 1905 . Most of the furnishings are from generations previous generations. We do not have a path to the water edge from our property. This home is NOT handicap accessible must be able to climb stairs and walk up hill.We Hope you enjoy your stay!
