Description

This two story cabin is situated on 3 grassy lots just feet from a sandy beach in a quiet neighborhood. The lake is shallow off of the beach and is perfect for children to play in. The cabin upstairs is an open plan with 2 queen beds, a bath, and a sitting area with 55″ TV. It opens onto a balcony overlooking the beach and lake. Downstairs has a complete, fully outfitted kitchen, laundry with washer & dryer, full bath, and a living area with another 46″ TV. Both TVs have ROKU which includes streaming service such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and more (requires your login). Sitting area includes queen sofabed.The cabin has WiFi.Outside there is a covered porch and a large deck that is shaded most of the day, a hammock, gas grill, and large, fenced yard. Also, there are 2 kayaks and a pedal boat for guest use at no additional fee.While the kitchen is great for cooking, there are also a number of restaurants within a short drive. There is a large grocery store 5 minutes away. Property is located between Hunstville and Livingston, both noted for numerous antique shops.The large deck outside sports a gas grill (we provide the gas).
