It’s a wonderful spot for swimming, launching a kayak, and taking quick drives into charming Boothbay Harbor (three miles west). The region is a haven for nearby excursions, whether you head to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (six miles), Wiscasset (15 miles), or Pemaquid Point (30 miles).It’s a joy to wake up here each morning, as the first rays of sun touch the deck, the sunroom, and the lofty, window-lined living area. It’s a natural space for gathering, whether you’re cooking on stainless steel kitchen appliances, sitting down for dinner at the dining room table, or streaming movies afterwards. If you’re hoping to catch up on a bit of remote work, you’ll have a desk in the loft and complimentary high-speed WiFi.There’s one bedroom and one full bathroom on each of the two floors.
