Enjoy shared access to a dock down below, and both a large deck and a glassed-in sunroom with beautiful views of the water through a thicket of trees.This two-story home sits at the edge of Meadow Cove, with a boardwalk and staircase leading down to the shared dock. It’s a wonderful spot for swimming, launching a kayak, and taking quick drives into charming Boothbay Harbor (three miles west). The region is a haven for nearby excursions, whether you head to the Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens (six miles), Wiscasset (15 miles), or Pemaquid Point (30 miles).It’s a joy to wake up here each morning, as the first rays of sun touch the deck, the sunroom, and the lofty, window-lined living area. It’s a natural space for gathering, whether you’re cooking on stainless steel kitchen appliances, sitting down for dinner at the dining room table, or streaming movies afterwards. If you’re hoping to catch up on a bit of remote work, you’ll have a desk in the loft and complimentary high-speed WiFi.There’s one bedroom and one full bathroom on each of the two floors. Between June 1 and September 15, a separate bunk house across the driveway is available for those seeking a fun, camp-like experience.Things to KnowThe bunk room is only available between June 1 and September 15 (dates subject to change).Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
