Sea Birds’s attractive Hatteras design provides easy vacation days. The ground level has concrete under-house parking, an outside shower, a changing area, under-house entry, and the home has easy access to the sound. The first living level has two large main bedrooms with private baths. The sound-front main bedroom has an inviting deck adjacent to the screened-in hot tub area. The second living level with tall cathedral ceilings is sound-front joy. The third bedroom has easy access to a bath. The well-furnished living area has an entertainment area and great views over the expansive sound-front deck and sound. With a breakfast bar and an adjacent dining area, the well-equipped kitchen can serve early granola sunrises and candlelight get-togethers.THINGS TO KNOWYou will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement.*Guests have access to the Club Hatteras Pool Facility. Additional details about this facility will be shared in your check-in email and during the check-in process.
