Private Waterfront area has new beach area and private waterfront Pavilion, then steps down to Long Island Sound, with a low tide beach. This lovely cottage is the perfect place for a large family gathering, with a quick walk to Madison Center and Madison Town Green. Located in the middle of Madison’s prime waterfront, with a short walk to both East Wharf Beach and West Wharf Beach.New for 2023:In addition to the finishing a new private rear patio adjacent to the pool, we now have three kayaks and a SUP. Plus, we’ve been able to permit and install a new concrete stairway from the seawall down to the beach. Much easier than navigating the previous dock ladder!
