Short drive to Woods Hole to access ferry to Nantucket Island.The house offers panoramic water views from the main living room, master bedroom, and the four-season waterside sun room, which also serves as the dining room. The house includes large decks with two outdoor eating areas overlooking the bay. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with lots of cabinet space. There is plenty of parking. There are three kayaks included for use with the home.There is a first-floor bedroom and full bathroom. There are three bedrooms up with a shared full bathroom. There is a lower level with family room, kitchen, queen bedroom and full bathroom.Upgrades: windows, decks, sun room, bathrooms, kitchens.
