The service providers include (but are not limited to) weekly pool maintenance, weekly lawn care, and exterior pest control (including mosquitos).This is a great location for fishing and kayaking. Be careful around the pool, dock, using the kayaks and watch your small children and pet (if applicable).The property is minutes from the Inter-Coastal and a short ride to the Gulf. One mile by water to Siesta Key beaches, and 2 miles to Siesta Key Public Beach by car. Bring your small boat for some of the best fishing on the gulf coast. Our property is close to shopping and restaurants.
