Cozy waterfront home tucked away in a private canal. Fresh paint, carpet, and many other updates completed December 2020.The home is ready for guests to escape the stresses of this pandemic with the most beautiful Florida sunsets right in their backyard!Close to many indoor/ outdoor restaurant and pub options. Clearwater beach is a 20 minute drive, Downtown Dunedin 15 minutes, Tarpon Springs sponge docks and downtown palm harbor are just a few miles away. There are Jolly Trolley stops all along alternate 19. The trolley will take you and your guests through all the towns listed above. There are multiple islands just a short boat ride from the home, quick sunset cruises to the island are our personal favorite of ours, along with grabbing lunch/dinner at local waterfront restaurants.The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Split floor plan (Master bedroom and bathroom are seperated from guest suite) Living room offers a flatscreen Smart TV with a Netflix account already set up. Includes full-size washer and dryer. Fully functioning kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and garbage disposal. Kitchen also includes silverware, dishes, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, measuring cups and spoons, pots and pans, and cooking utensils.Master bedroom offers a king bed and attached bathroom, and a large closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and large walk in closet and a privacy door to the guest bath which has also been updated. There is a queen sized pull out sofa for additional guests in the living room.Guests are given initial supply of dishwashing liquid, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent and softener’s, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Also includes mop and vacuum to maintain the cleanliness of the home.Regretfully pets are not permitted in the home.3-6 month lease options available.There is a boat and boat lift on the canal toward the back of the property that is video monitored and may not be used by the guests. If the boat or lift is tampered with, the guests will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. A boat may be docked up to the sea wall behind the boat lift at the boat owners/ guest risk. The property owner will not be held accountable for boat docking issues or damages incurred.
