These two homes are set up very similar to 2 townhomes, with a shared wall. They were built to provide privacy for people renting the homes separately, while also providing the availability for a larger group to rent both sides. When you rent both sides you’ll have a 12 bedroom home, with 2 kitchens, 2 dining spaces, 2 living rooms, multiple balconies and covered patios, 2 pools and 2 spas, and the ability to sleep 35 people all under the same roof.This property has an active Ring doorbell, active video surveillance on the exterior public approach areas, and the pool equipment.This property allows pets – there will be an additional pet fee associated.
