September, October, November and May and the first half of June, there is a four night minimum. Extras include floating tubes (with cup holders!) for the pond, paddleball equipment, Cornhole set, and yoga mats. With Adirondack chairs, beach chairs and a dock hammock, the most challenging part of this vacation will be choosing the best place to nap. When you are ready to come back inside, an oversized enclosed outdoor shower allows you to rinse off.If you want to venture out from this lovely paradise, East Beach and Blue Shutters Town Beach are both less than three miles away, and Ninigret Landing Marina is around the corner. Close by are also Dave’s Coffee for the official Rhode Island state drink and The Haversham for a coastal tavern experience. Nearby Watch Hill and Westerly have many more activities and dining options.Property has exterior surveillance cameras.From May-October, owners keep their boat on one side of the dock, the other side is kept for guests use. Owners may access their boat during the rental period, via right of way on property line, but will not be utilizing shed or any property amenities. Guests have four parking spots, and owner has one spot that will be delineated.Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit.
