The downstairs is spacious with two separate bedrooms, one with a Queen sized bed and the other with a lower full & upper twin bunk bed. A dual sink vanity and separate private shower/toilet bathroom. The entire home is automated with high speed wifi, and can be controlled from multiple manual wall switches, or through Alexa voice control. High end new kitchen appliances, large dining table & counter bar seating, with convenient half bath on 2nd floor.The backyard faces the swimming laguna shared with Jules Undersea Lodge and Dive Center. Your own Private Dock behind the home, very wide, deep water channel and small ramp for paddle boards and kayaks. Outside patio seating, with barbecue grill & outside shower. Provided FREE OF CHARGE, 1 GOLF CART, 1 TWO PERSON KAYAK, 1 TWO PERSON CLEAR KAYAK & 3 SINGLE PERSON KAYAKS, 2 SUP PADDLE BOARDS & 1 TWO PERSON DINGHY for your enjoyment. The laguna has plenty of fish & lobsters, which we feed from an automatic fish food dispenser at 10am and 10pm. The Laguna is also a haven for friendly manatees that enjoy belly rubs. Relax in the outside 6 man Jacuzzi while grilling on the barbecue and listening to your favorite tunes on the outdoor speakers from your Alexa. Kick your feet up and lounge in the lazy hammock!If you like outside excursions, the home is near many dive charters, fishing charters, parasailing, and other water activities.ORYou can rent our 23′ Hurricane Deck boat that’s parked at the home. We include a free 1 hour tour with the rental to help you to get familiar with our local waters.ORYou can rent our band new 1-3 person Yamaha Jetski from your own backyard whenever you feel like going out for a spin. Its billed at $150 per RUNNING Hour.
