The entry-level den is cozy and furnished with a TV and DVD player and a wet bar with a sink and a mini-fridge for entertaining the whole gang during downtime spent at home base. When you want to slip into relaxation mode, the hot tub is on the outside deck, just waiting to soothe sore walking legs. The laundry room is also on the same floor to keep sandy suits clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances and a breakfast island, and the dining area with a table for eight is adjacent, making dining in a no-brainer. The great room is bright and cheerful, with a vaulted ceiling and a TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to a sundeck and a screened porch, perfect for kicking back with your family and friends all day and evening!
