This beautiful “Baycation” house is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation! (Located right next door to our other VRBO property #407276 if you are interested in renting two houses for larger groups)This beach house is a three bedroom, one bath home located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. It has spectacular views, private sandy beach, and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also an easy walking distance along the beach to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit for s’mores.We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens.
