You are as close as you can get to the sea. This historical property was the old customs house at the turn of the century. Ships stopped at the wharf across the bay to clear customs here. Original beams and floors are lovingly maintained.Enjoy spectacular sunsets and ocean breezes from our 2nd floor home. One queen bedroom, full bath, well equipped kitchen complete this idyllic pied a terre. The village galleries, shops, and restaurants, are all within walking distance in the heart of Rockport’s Cultural District.
