The ideal location in Walden provides all the views, all the lake access, all the recreation opportunities with amenities close by. Go hang out at Margaritaville – just a few minutes by boat with docks to pull up and eat at the bar, or go by car. Within ten minutes drive you have access to shopping, fast food, fine dining and more.When you stay on the lake in our home you are staying in a place we treasure, and we think you will too. Recently completely renovated, the house is fresh with new floors, new kitchen, new furniture, new TVs, new everything!There are four bedrooms, two with king size beds and two with bunk beds. Each room has a 4K TV including a beautiful Sony OLED in the family room and a 70in in the master. The gourmet kitchen features an Italian-made electric range with oven and a separate second oven and microwave. The kitchen is open to the dining and room and straight through to the family room with custom stone fireplace and windows galore, with the most amazing sunset views! Connected to the kitchen and located at the end of the dining room is a bar.The house is a split level with the main living area and master bedroom upstairs. In addition to the kitchen, dining room and family room, there is a half bath and the expansive master bedroom on the main level, which is upstairs. All rooms on the level include tall vaulted ceilings. The master features a king size bed, sitting area, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom with shower, tub, dual sinks and separate toilet area.On the ground level of the home are three bedrooms and the laundry room. The corner bedroom has a king size bed and amazing views of the lake – you can even see Margaritaville! Walk from the bedroom right onto the covered back porch. Two other bedrooms each feature a bunk bed with full size lower bed (could sleep 2) and a twin upper bed. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to the back porch and both have 50 inch 4K TVs. The downstairs bath is extra spacious with a nice shower and dual sinks. In the laundry room you’ll find an extra refrigerator, a stacked washer and dryer, and a coffee bar. Head outside from any of the bedrooms or the side door to a huge covered that gives you all the views with shade. Need to warm up or loosen those muscles? There’s a hot tub spa ready for you!The house is about 2,800 square feet in total – plenty of space for your family! Finish out throughout the home is top notch with travertine tile throughout the halls, kitchen and dining room, wood floors in the family room and on the stairs, and wool carpet in the bedrooms. Doors on the upper main floor level are 8 ft tall and solid wood. The kitchen features custom cabinets, marble tile backsplash, pot filler above the range, and more – it’s a true chef’s kitchen. Drive an electric car? We have an outdoor power connection to plug in and charge up – overnight you’ll have a full battery!Lake Conroe is an ideal place for fun! The large lake north of Houston has miles and miles of beautiful shore line to explore, amazing fishing, and a plethora of restaurants that you can pull up to on the boat. Our kids’ favorite is pulling up to the Marble Slab in the boat, grabbing an ice cream and eating on the water. Getting hungry while skiing, fishing, wakeboarding or just cruising? Pull up to Fajita Jack’s, Margaritaville, Wolfie’s, Papa’s on the Lake, Walden’s or any of many other choices.Whether you want to take it easy fishing, sip on wine while you watch the sun go down over the water, grab some serious air wakeboarding, or take a leisurely paddle around the cove – life’s better at the lake!Need a boat to enjoy the lake? We have a 22 ft Robalo R227 with 250hp outboard and wake tower for fishing, cruising and water sports fun available for an additional rental fee.Please note there is a Ring doorbell at the front door that may capture video recordings of those who ring the doorbell or come yo the door for security purposes. Additional exterior monitoring devices may be in use and may record and store video, which may be used to verify adherence to booking and rules, including maximum number of guests and visitors and hours of visitation.
