This house includes a reserved boat slip that is just steps from the house. Warpath Landing, a free public boat ramp, is located right across the cove, just a 5 minute drive away. Turn right out of the cove and take in the spectacular Blue Ridge Mountains and surrounding scenery.The front of the chalet is all glass and features stunning 180 degree lake views and vaulted ceilings to create a spacious living area. The house has 2 stone fireplaces with gas logs, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably. There are flat screen TVs on all 3 levels with satellite and DVR. The kitchen, main level bathroom and loft bathroom have all been recently renovated. Downstairs is like a private suite, containing an entertaining area with a full bar, sink, wine cooler, microwave, bedroom and full bath. From the downstairs suite, step out onto the large screened in porch with great lake views and private access to the reserved boat slip.This quiet lakefront location is just 15 minutes from Clemson via back roads and is a great place to stay for events at the university. The Lighthouse restaurant is just a 10 minute boat ride or 5 minute drive away. Outdoor activities include hiking, fishing, and easy day trips to Cherokee (1 hr 45 min), Cashiers (50 min), Highlands (1 hr 10 min), Asheville (1.5 hr), and Greenville (45 min).
