The boat dock has a beverage cooler, a retractable ladder, shaded area with ceiling fan, table with 4 seats and a nice sized sun deck for fishing or sun-bathing.**outdoor shower water is turned off during winter months to prevent freezing.Enjoy the sunset from the dock with cocktails and good conversation. The water is approximately 4′ at the dock. Twin Bridges marina is 10 minutes away by car and 5 minutes by boat away and features a boat launch.Dog- Friendly :This cabin is dog-friendly. we allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
