There is a centrally located staircase that leads directly to the back lawn and the water and a spiral staircase that leads to the upper deck. The main dining table can comfortably seat 6 with additional seating and ottomans available for additional guests. There is also a 6-burner propane grill available to all guests. This is the most likely the primary deck that will be used due the easy access to the house and yard and also includes access to a custom finished, climate controlled half-bath…the poop deck!The upstairs deck offers some of the best views on the lake and is the ideal place to watch the sun rise and set or just sit and take in the beautiful lake views. Basic seating is offered upstairs. This deck can be accessed from below via a spiral staircase or from inside via a sliding glass door from the loft area.The dock/boat house has plenty of room with both portable and bench seating for the entire party and includes electric boat and jet-ski lifts. Various life jackets are available upon requested. This is a great place to hang out, relax, swim, float or jump from the rope swing into the lake.
