The property might be new but I am not new to vacation rentals and my reviews speak for themselves – my goal is to always be highly responsive and to provide an amazing experience for my guests.This newly renovated heated pool home in one of the most highly desirable neighborhoods in all of Cape Coral sleeps 8 and has ping pong, air hockey, pacman arcade, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles (fish off the deck in the backyard), bring your boat or rent ours. Close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. Just a short bike or car ride to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Beach as well.Bring your boat or rent ours (ask for more details if interested). This home is fully updated and ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have been updates as well. There is a living room with a large tv, a game area, a dining room, a HEATED POOL with pool toys, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, tvs in the bedrooms, ping pong, air hockey, a pacman arcade, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella as well as beach toys and everything you need to have a great vacation. The beds are all comfortable and come with comfortable linens as well.You are just a short boat ride (or car ride – though the boat rides are more enjoyable) to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel beach. You are near Rumrunners and the Nauti Mermaid as well as the Marinas. There is plenty do near here between the restaurants and the nightlife. Cape Coral is also very family friendly and has been rated as the top family friendly city in SW Cape Coral. There is always plenty to do.
