Enjoy horseback riding at the Equestrian Center with it’s trail and beach rides, kayak throughout the marsh, river or ocean. This lovely villa is located on the beach where the Edisto River meets the Atlantic Ocean.1341 Pelican Watch is a 1st floor villa offering views of fabulous sunsets each night over the water. There are 5 stairs that take you up to the property. Enjoy time with your family while lounging in the living room featuring new comfortable furnishings and a large HDTV. The sofa opens to a queen bed for your extra guests. Dine around the table for four as you share stories from your day on the beach. Step to the covered deck to watch the wildlife in the dunes as the shrimp boats trawl in the river while enjoying drinks around the table. The kitchen has granite tile counters, and updated appliances. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the closet. Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and adjoining private bath. The bath has a shower/tub and granite topped vanity.* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee.
