Waterfront, Poolside, King Bd, Ground-Floor, & WiFiGround floor efficiency unit 113 facing the large pool. The ocean is across the street…a 2 minute walk and we have our own flashing pedestrian light crosswalk for direct ocean access.We also own the unit next door…just steps away! This unit, VRBO #360453, is also ground floor-pool facing .We’re located at Bogue Shores Condominiums which is well known for its family friendly atmosphere and close to everything! The unit is small and most comfortable for 2 adults; however it is possible to sleep four (4) by using the sleeper sofa if you have 2 small children. We cannot accept rentals for 4 adults. No exceptions.- Boats are not permitted to be brought by renters.- Linens and Towels and basic supply of paper towels (1) and toilet paper (1) are provided for renters.- Fully stocked kitchenette.- Full bathroom (tub and shower) but it is small.- Large adult pool and separate fenced in kiddie pool.- Sound side pier on property.- Renters must be 25 years of age (except dependent children)- We charge a cleaning fee but renters must clean, dry and put away all dirty dishes and take the trash out.- Smoking is at designated areas only on the property- not near unit
