The kitchen offers the amenities for cooking and the living, dining and great room offers seating for relaxed lake gazing.GUEST HOUSE: Perfect for older children, a second family, or in-laws, the guest house is across the driveway on a second level with 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 offers a QUEEN size bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 BUNK beds (4 total beds, Twin size). The guest house has its own hot tub in front and screened in porch on the second level perched up among the trees.*Mooring available June to September.Guest accessHOUSE RULES/SECURITY:• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.• No parties or underage drinking.• Quiet hours between 10pm-7am.• Number of guests past quiet hours may not exceed the number of guests listed.• Exterior security cameras with audio are appropriately placed on the exterior to protect both guests and owners and are only used to ensure the house rules are followed.• Please see full house rules section.PARKING: 5 cars total on driveways of both main house and guest house.
