Contractors will be on site during working hours during this time. There will be construction activities and construction noise.Hyatt Sunset Harbor Exterior Building Maintenance -Following the collapse of the 12-story beachfront condominium in Surfside, FL in June 2021, the state of Florida basically legislated that the owners of all buildings in Florida that are 3 stories or more in height are required to have an engineering company conduct a structural inspection and prepare an inspection report with recommendations. The inspection report for the Hyatt Sunset Harbor was completed in June 2023.In line with the recommendations of the inspection report, the Hyatt Sunset Harbor’s Board of Directors announced in July 2023 that exterior building maintenance will take place at the Hyatt Sunset Harbor throughout the remainder of 2023 and into 2024. The roof may be refurbished or replaced in 2024. Contractors will be on site during working hours during this time. There will be construction activities and construction noise.
