At the water, a spacious 1,600 sf boat house with a ‘whip’ mooring system for guests boat, large sun deck, covered gazebo, and bar room with refrigerator, microwave and hotdog maker… all adjacent to a gradual sloping beach.House has a open floor plan on both levels for entertaining. Every room in the house has a waterfront view (with exception of the Guest Master). Both Masters are on the main floor with 2 bedrooms and a recreation room (which includes a sleep sofa) on the lower level, providing everyone ‘their getaway space’. Guest washer/dryer located on the main level.We unfortunately cannot accommodate; Pets, Weddings, Receptions, Group Parties or Celebrations, or those that wish to Smoke. Our home is a Pet & Smoke free home for families & couples to enjoy.And most importantly, the safety of our guests and our family are always a top priority.
