You’ll be on the Newport Bayside steps from the docks, where you can rent water equipment for a day out on the water. Enjoy this prime location between Newport & Balboa Beaches, 1/2 mile to Balboa Pier, and 1.8 miles to the Newport Pier. If you walk from Pier-to-Pier, it’s 2 miles one way and a lovely beachside walk. You could also ferry to one of the nearby islands like Balboa or Lido and enjoy strolling the cute streets for a day. Guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upper levels and the 3rd-floor deck area.We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent sponges, toilet paper, and paper towels.There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.The home​ is equipped with a noise monitoring system (not a recording device, it just measures decibels of volume). When the noise level gets too high, it notifies us. Newport Beach is very strict with their Noise Ordinance and all fines associated with your stay are the responsibility of the paying guest.The BBQ grill at the property is available to use with a propane tank included. Just need to pay a grill-cleaning fee.Please note that the owner’s yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests. There is a boat rental option available. Please let us know in advance if you are interested.A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation.
