Waterfront “State of Mind” vintage home.Quaint 3 bedroom 2 bath 1960 river house set on 2 acres on the beautiful May River. Stones throw from downtown. Gorgeous views, incredible breeze, quiet, private, historical area. Backs up to an adjacent privately owned 15 acre farm. One level ranch style with three bedrooms. Kitchen and bath updates. New furnishings. Two small bathrooms each with a shower yet also a wonderful outside shower. Elliptical machine if you want some indoor exercise. Foosball table, small basketball court with 2 goals, fire pit, grill, and a horseshoe pit for fun entertainment inside or out! Short walk to downtown, NO dock.
