We do not allow High School Groups, College Groups, Fraternity Parties, Sorority Parties, Bachelor Parties or any other Non Family Type group activities at our home. Owners are diligent in their efforts to insure guests under the age of 29 are not allowed to rent our home or property without responsible adults in the group. If you are not 29 years of age or older and you book our property without written permission from the Owners….you will not be allowed to stay in our home and may forfeit your entire Damage Waiver Deposit. The person who makes the reservation and signs the Vacation Lease Agreement must be present in the house each day and night for the duration of the booking.To complete your reservation please click on the ONLINE VACATION LEASE AGREEMENT inside “REVIEW RULES and POLICIES”.
