Pickups using the industry designation of 250 or 2500 class or smaller qualify as ¾ ton for PRW purposes. The declaration bans all motorhomes or any type of recreational vehicle from the property. Large vans and trucks with 350 and 3500 designations are not permitted. This includes all Mercedes Sprinter and Dodge RAM models. If the vehicle has any sleeping arrangement or is built on a truck chassis greater than the 250 or 2500 class, it is prohibited.
