Description

Stunning location, remodeled from the ground up compound has 216 feet of deep water frontage at the entrance of the Little River cove. Great views from every room. Deep water dock and float; a quick trip to the open ocean, a salt water hot tub spa at waters edge and a covered porch with fireplace for evening relaxation and socializing. The compound consists of 2 buildings connected by outdoor spaces.The main house has an open floor layout with living, kitchen and dining as well as a queen size bedroom with ensuite bath (and laundry) on 1st floor; 2 bedrooms with ensuite baths are on the second floor accessed through a narrow spiral staircase. The 2nd building, the Boathouse, has a queen size bed, full bath, living area with couch, kitchenette and fireplace as well as an outdoor deck.A truly awesome spot, any closer to the water and you would have to be on a boat!Fresh after extensive updates and ready for lifetime memories!
