This is the perfect place for your P’town on the water getaway!The apartment is located in a charming house on the water which has seen the likes of playwright Eugene O’Neill & Lauren Hansberry, and novelist Ayn Rand. The house features multiple apartments with other renters & tenants. The apartment has a main space which features a big living room with a pull out full sofa bed, a kitchen and a dining room. There is a TV screen to plug in your laptop and watch movies (it is not a TV). There is a separate small bedroom with a full bed, and also a full bathroom. There is a small desk with a chair, more like a cute old fashioned writing desk, next to a library. You will enjoy the gorgeous view of the water during magic hour while sipping a drink!The beach deck in front is communal and is for everybody to enjoy… but you’ll most often be the only one using it!
