The main bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed, an en-suite 1/2 bathroom and wall-mounted smart TV. The second bedroom, located just down the hallway, has an additional queen bed with partial views of the ocean and a TV. The living space has two sofas and each may be utilized as additional sleeping arrangements (one queen and one twin pull-out). The tall windows create a warm & inviting space while providing you with private, direct views of the ocean! The deck overlooking the water includes outdoor seating is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail, or you can climb down the spiral staircase and sink your feet into the Wells Beach sand!Larger Group? Unit #5 and Unit #6 Can Be Rented Together at a Discounted Rate! (**Subject to Availability**)**Important Notes: This condo is affiliated with a Homeowners Association and all guests shall be provided with HOA rules and regulations for renting the property. There is a STRICT one-car parking limitation, in your assigned spot. This property is not pet friendly, without exception. Property is child-friendly, however spiral staircase may pose risk to small children & those with physical limitations.
