Calling all snow birds and those looking for a 30 day or longer rental! Morgan Creek is tucked away behind two gates within the luxury resort community of Wild Dunes. This spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home overlooks the beautiful Morgan Creek and Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor, offering serene views that only the Lowcountry can offer.Wild Dunes is a Luxury Resort and Neighborhood Community located on the north end of the Isle of Palms. There are two golf courses located within Wild Dunes, Wild Dunes Links Course and Harbor Course. There is also a nationally ranked tennis course that includes 17 clay courts.Guests must sign and acknowledge a rental contract before their stay. Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm and check out is anytime ,before 10:00am. The home does not allow, smoking, vaping, pets, parties or events. Security deposit of $500 will be processed by the host on the guest’s credit card.
