Waterfront with hot tub and dock

What we love about this house – Location and the Vibe. This is a cozy cabin surrounded by nature and on a quiet cove off the main channel.The cove – The house sits on a wide open cove (not a cramped little finger) which makes it perfect for jumping in the lake and swimming or kayaking, without having to worry about boat traffic. You also won’t hear the constant sound of boat engines speeding by. It’s a short distance to the main channel though, so it’s easily accessible if you have or are renting a boat.The docks – We have two docks that you can tie up to. The main dock has ample entertaining space with a table and chairs, and a convenient dock house with a mini fridge to keep drinks cold.The house – This A-frame house has a cozy cabin feel, with large open spaces, great views of the lake, and upper and lower decks. The hot tub is located on the lower deck, with a view of the lake, and is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day! The upper deck has the gas fire pit with seating all around.We want to make your vacation as easy as possible, so pleasure Point comes with all of these included amenities:-bed linens (the beds will already be made for you when you arrive)-Bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, and bath mats-Beach Towels-Toilet paper, and Paper towels-Hand soap, dish soap, and lotion-body wash, shampoo, conditioner-Coffee Filters, coffee to get you though the first few days, as well as sugar-Dish washer pods, and washing machine pods-Well equipped kitchen, including gas grill on the deck-4 kayaks, 1 canoe, 1 stand up paddle board, with paddles, and various sizes of life jackets.-2 TVs with cable – one in the basement common area, and one in the master bedroom-High speed internet (1 Gbps) with mesh wi-fi providing access throughout the house and down to the dock.-Large Hot tub with seating for 7 overlooking the lake, with Bluetooth speaker systemBedrooms:Bedroom #1: King sized bed – Located on the 1st floor with direct access to a full bathroom and walk in shower.Bedroom #2: King sized bed- Located on the lower level with access to a shared full bathBedroom #3: King sized bed- Located on the lower level with access to a shared full bathLoft: The upstairs loft features another full bath and sleeping area with one queen sized bed and three twin beds and a trundle.Notes:-The pontoon boat in the pictures is not included in the rental
