Upstairs is a loft with full bed and futon. It’s a great set-up for a multigenerational family with the older generations downstairs and the younger upstairs.The large deck off the living room allows for outdoor dining and socializing all while enjoying ever-changing tides. Hancock and Gouldsboro have several fine restaurants to enjoy. Ellsworth is just 15 minutes away for shopping and additional dining options. Feel like dining inside? A well-equipped kitchen sits right off the living area. You can whip up your favorite recipes, while enjoying the ocean’s quiet serenity. The upstairs loft contains a full bed and futon with spiral stair access that is not appropriate for small children or people with mobility issues.Other things to noteThe maximum number of guests is 5 in the cottage. Children over 12 months old at the time of rental are counted as guests.
