Winnipesaukee waterfront home with some amazing amenities. This Gilford home offers 3 bedrooms and a wonderful sunroom which can be used for extra sleeping! Brand new floors throughout and a new kitchen that sparkles and welcomes you home!The first floor bedroom has a King bed and the sun porch with a Twin bed (right off the master), close the sliders for privacy if you wish. The master bedroom offers you a large walk in shower, in the master bathroom you will also find a washer/dryer. The Open living room dining room that looks out to the 3 season porch where you will, most likely, want to have your meals while looking at the lake. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The bedroom to the right has 3 Twin beds, and a Full size bed. The other bedroom has a Queen bed and one Twin bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor.Stretch out in the lounge chairs on the patio area for a peaceful nap in the sunshine! The dock is U-shaped and can hold a boat or two and has a ladder to access the water for swimming – no muck here! Perfect place to spend your summer days!Linens are not included with this home so you will need to bring your own sheets and towels, or you can rent them from Break Away Rentals.
