One bedroom condo with curtained french doors for privacy. Balcony off livingroom/kitchen area. Top floor, AWESOME VIEW with windows facing east, best for sunrise viewing. Glass table on balcony with 4 chairs. Have a seat & watch the sunrise. Shower stall has a built-in corner seat with glass doors, shower wand with extended hose & 5 different jet settings. Brand new ROKU TV to watch your Netflix account or catch up with some local programming. Free WiFi.We’re located in the residential area of Clearwater Beach. Our gated pool is open 9am to sunset. Across the street or a walk down the street are beach merchandise stores, gift shops, a small grocery store, restaurants, a sports bar, a tiki bar, a beach bar or mini golf. You can fish off our private pier or try the public fishing pier off Pier 60. Walgreens & CVS are in the business area off the roundabout on north beach.For a less crowded beach day, try the local favorite on the other side of Sand Key Bridge, it’s Abu Seba Beach. A 1-minute walk from the condo takes you to the start of Sand Key Bridge. A 10-15 minute walk across the bridge takes you to that gem of a beach. Bring your camera while you’re walking over the bridge, it has amazing views, day & night! You’ll see dolphins, tropical birds, sailboats & sunsets.If you want to find out what all the fuss is about with the award-winning Clearwater Beach, if you want the crowds, with lots to do, tasty food, music, events, activities, entertainment, boat rides…then you want the north side of the beach! It’s a 15–20-minute walk to Pier 60, next to the marina and the roundabout. I’ll be sending you the hidden beach shortcuts in your welcome email!
