Description
PRIVATE HEATED POOL, 7ft WATERSLIDE AND HOTTUB with Covered outdoor living area and a GAME ROOM. This 3 bedroom 2 bath 2000 sq. foot home has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the10th hole of Painted Mountain Golf course. The sliding glass door has an alarm for pool safety for the children. The GAME ROOM has a foosball table, the original tabletop video game of Ms. PacMan (and most of the games from that era have been added also, like Donkey Kong), boardgames, and a very large big screen smart tv with cable. The backyard has beautiful flowering trees and palm trees which attracts a lot of different birds and butterflies. There is a privacy fence all the way around the home and it sits behind the tee box which provides safety from stray golf balls. No view of golf course however. Have fun roasting marshmallows on the tabletop firepit with the automatic spinning firesticks. Enjoy cooking outside with the grill and all the tools you’ll need. The back patio is covered for a comfortable outdoor living space for sitting and dining. There are floaties for the pool, pool towels, sunscreen, and bug spray. This home has high speed internet. There are SmartTv’s with cable, Netflix, HULU and Disney in the game room, living room, main bedroom and twin bedroom. The master bath has a soaking tub, full walk-in closet, smart tv and sitting area that overlooks the pool. The second room has a desk with an added vanity. The third bedroom has two twin beds plus it has smart tv and video game console. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry with all your needed appliances and common cooking ingredients, plus an eat in breakfast nook. There is a large livingroom with comfy couches and a dining room with even more comfortable sturdy chairs.
