Private and cozy with a ski lodge vibe… Located on a dead-end road, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home that sleeps 8 with all Furniture, Mattresses, Linens and Kitchen/Laundry items new as of spring 2023. Access to association amenities. Outdoor and indoor pools, Swimming Pond/beach, Pool Bar, hiking and Mt Biking trails all withing walking distance from the house.2 hours from Boston. 13 minutes to Waterville Valley, 20 to Loon and 40 to Lake Winnipesaukee.Great central location for all the attractions the White Mountains have to offer. There are three golf courses within 30 minutes, as well as kayaking the local rivers. Plenty of hiking for all abilities and in less than 30 minutes be at many NH Attractions including, but not limited to Squam Science Center, Polar Caves, Lost River, Whale’s Tale Waterpark, and Clark’s Trading Post. A short drive to either Loon or Waterville Valley to enjoy their year-round resorts with mountain bike rentals, zip lining, gondola rides, and much more!The only sound you’ll hear is the brook running behind the house. Dogs welcome.
