Welcome to our mountain retreat in Campton, NH! Our 3 bed, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the White Mountains.Waterville Estates is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy skiing, hiking, and swimming, and golf. Step right out the back gate to walk on the trail system within the development!The fun doesn’t stop in the winter time – the Estates has its very own ski lodge and restaurant at the base of Campton Mountain. If your party is larger than this you will have to pay a small fee for each additional person if you want to use the community center. All children 7 and under are always free. The beach and playground are free for everyone to access. If you lose a pass their is a $25 fee for each pass lost.NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED OVERNIGHT.
