Breakfast Bar and Dining room looks out to the living room with a deck and patio furniture. 1/2 Bath on the Main level as well. Walk up the stairs for the 2 bedrooms with a shared full Bathroom. Great for 1-2 families to enjoy Waterville Valley ResortThis Vacation Condo is close to the free shuttle pick-up to Waterville Ski Resort. During winter, enjoy the Nordic Center with plenty of cross-country trails for skate and classic skiing. Sleigh rides in the Town Square and Dog Sled events! Plenty of snowshoeing around the valley as well. For Summer enjoy the 9-hole golf course, clay tennis courts, hiking, and walking for all abilities! Hang at Corcoran’s Pond for swimming and boat rentals. Catch some trout in the Mad River. Bike and in-line skate rentals are available at the Town Square.
