The house sleeps up to 10 guests, with a king size bed in the master bedroom downstairs, a queen size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the third bedroom, upstairs. Also available are a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and a double-size sleeper futon in the loft.It is within walking distance of the library, the Pine Tree Market, the river, the Wawona school (where there are an athletic field and a basketball court), and several popular trailheads.The Wawona golf course is a mile away from the house, as are the Wawona Hotel, the riding stables, the Pioneer History Museum, Stagecoach Rides and the Wawona Store and Gift Shop.The home is available for vacation rentals during all seasons.The house is equipped with a number of amenities, including a 42 in. HD TV with NETFLIX streaming movies, PANDORA, surround sound, a large collection of DVDs, music CDs, and Yosemite-related books, laundry room, fireplace, and all linens and towels provided.
