Walking distance to all that the vibrant Ocean Beach (OB) community has to offer – restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, the OB Pier, and Sunset Cliffs! Off-street parking included.The space:Cozy cottage with private bedroom (queen size mattress) and bathroom. Living room couch is designed to double as a single sleeper. Simple, clean, bright, and fully-furnished with kitchenware and supplies.The patio area in front of the unit is fully fenced, along with three neighboring cottages.We have separate mini-split AC/heater units in the main living room and bedroom with individual adjustments.Guest access:There are four identical cottages on the property and each unit has a designated parking space in the alley behind the cottages.
