Original hardwood floors through out, pocket doors, grand entrance, all with original trim-work and walk up attic/3rd floor that has been finished to complete the home with a game room with foosball and large flat screen TV.”Latitude Adjustment” has three bedrooms (sleeping 8), large dining area (seating 10), remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two full bathroom upstairs, and a half bath downstairs.
