We went on vacation and loved it so much, we decided to buy it! We are now the proud owners of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, walking distance to the beach end unit Villa at Queens Grant, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head.This great complex has 3 miles of beautiful white sandy beach, very short walk to 1 of 5 community pools,3 Championship Golf courses, 24 lighted amazing pickleball courts, 19 clay tennis courts, with a pro shop that has it all. Eleven mile lagoon for canoeing, paddle boating, crabbing, fishing and more! Fantastic happy hour deck! Walk to the well known Alexander’s for a fabulous dinner, followed by a stroll on the beach to watch the sun set.
