Welcome to Surprise!This incredible home features three outdoor living spaces to dine, relax, and soak up the hot Arizona sunshine. With almost 2000 square feet of living space, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, you and your favorite crew can enjoy the peaceful accommodations in this exclusive golf community.Upon entry, you will feel welcomed by the cool tile floors and traditional furnishings throughout. The open-concept floor plan allows everyone to gather in the family room, kitchen, or dining room. The sofa in the family room is a queen size sleeper sofa and can sleep an additional two guests. There is also a self-inflating 24″ high Queen bed for the office, allowing two more guests to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom and guest room feature king-sized beds.Surprise is an incredible spot for adults looking to enjoy an active vacation in the sunny city. Golf courses are aplenty, including four in the neighborhood alone, along with tennis courts and swimming pools. For sports enthusiasts, Surprise Stadium is home to the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers spring training camps. When you simply want to enjoy a nice meal and some shopping, head to the loved Westgate Entertainment District, where you will find that and more!
