Renowned outlet shopping in North Conway (1 hour drive) and New Hampshire’s White Mountain National Park (1.5 hour drive) are popular destinations.Lovely lake side 3 bedroom, 1 bath year round cabin on quiet Bear Pond. Full kitchen with granite countertops and all the amenities; breakfast nook and window seat with full length windows looking out onto the lake, primary bedroom and 2nd bedroom with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the lake. Crystal clear water. All you need to enjoy a classic Maine lake vacation – from a weekend getaway to a month long holiday! Private lot with no neighbors on left.New front and back decks added Fall of 2022 add tons of entertainment space.3 Bedrooms include primary (queen); 2nd bedroom (queen) and 3rd bedroom (bunk bed and cot). Linens included: bath towels (8), hand towels, wash clothes, kitchen dish towels, plus 1 set of linens for 2 queens and 3 twins.1 full bath includes walk in shower.Internet/wi-fi, but no cable. Phone reception may be dependent on your carrier.TV with DVD player and extensive DVD library in living room.Because of the unrestricted access to the road, Bear Rising Camp is not suited for small children.Some parking is off the road – road can be busy at peak times.
