Description

New to VRBO. Lots of 5 star reviews on other sites. Recently renovated, this home has farmhouse details with modern and sleek decor. Bright and airy, the home is filled with tons of natural light and plenty of room to spread out. The home sits on 3 lush acres. A fire pit with adirondack chairs, a brick patio with seating and dining areas along with a gas BBQ. The gunite salt water pool (unheated) is surrounded by a lush garden with simple and chic pool decor. The spaceIf gaming is your thing you will love the foosball table, bocce and beanbag toss for the lawn. In the winter, feel free to use our snowshoes (2 adult, 2 kids) as well as the sleds. Our favorite parts of the home are the breakfast nook which is cheerful and has a great view of the property and the very cozy den. Make memories in our home which is perfect for multiple families, a bachelorette party, or a friends getaway (Mayflower Grace Spa and vineyards are 5 minutes away). Please note that the pool is seasonal and open from Memorial Day through mid-September. Washington is what we like to call refined country. Our neighbors are on a 40 acre farm and you can find some wonderful and high quality places to eat and shop. It’s a beautiful place for scenic drives as well, especially around Lake Waramaug. All of this only 2 hours away from midtown Manhattan. Note, you will need a car to get and be here.Guest accessAllOther things to note7 night minimum during summer and holiday weekendsFlexible check-in and check-out whenever possibleWhile we love furry friends, no pets allowed.Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste and basic kitchen needs like oils, spices and condiments are all there for your use
