A humidifier is located in the living room as well as exquisite pieces of art that coordinate masterfully with the Bernhardt designer sofa, RTG loveseat, chair and ottoman, end tables, coffee table and lamps. There are also surge protectors located to assist with charging your many devices you may bring. Each bedroom is customized to your liking with mattresses and 3 inch pillow toppers on both beds. Privacy curtains in one room, with TV’s mounted in each room to maximize your space with brand new furniture in reach room.There is a Google device located in the kitchen and one bedroom for your music listening pleasure or to keep up with news or answer any general questions you may have about topics in general. The house comes with Gig internet speeds powered by Xfinity with the Google mesh network to ensure your speeds are the most optimal whether you are working or just enjoying the other amenities of the house.The upstairs room has a futon, beautiful glass desk and aforementioned TV if you want to escape from everyone. The beautifully curated bathroom comes with an extensive linen collection and everything you need for one of the most important rooms in your house. This 1920’s kitchen comes with tile floors, butcher block counter tops and drawers and cabinets fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, plates, glasses, waffle maker, toaster, Keurig, seasonings and many other things that will make your need to run to the grocery store minimal(outside of perishable items). There is also a full size washer and dryer located in the house and the back patio.The backyard offers a space ready to relax to the fullest! There is a full propane grill, two different size propane grease fryers, a 6 seat patio table, mounted TV, firepit and string lit carport and grass area to ensure your entertainment stays well lit at night.
